Coby White contributed 13 points off the bench, and Andre Drummond had 12 points and 8 rebounds in his limited minutes.
For the Lakers, LeBron James led the team in scoring with 19 points in his return from injury, while Malik Beasley and Troy Brown Jr. each scored 18 points. Dennis Schroder had 17 points, and Anthony Davis added 15 points and 9 rebounds.
It was a disappointing loss, and the Lakers will need to regroup and look to bounce back in their next game in a rematch against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday.
